Direct from Bristol, $H The Producer returns to his own DeeOh7 label with five tracks of expertly executed instrumental grime dedicated to the corner of the city he’s proud to have always called home.

Entirely MC/vocal free and with each track taking its name from a different spot significant to $H and his hometown friends, this is a record focused strictly on the music and forged from one singular creative vision.

‘Newbury Road’ opens the EP with all the heart-crushing RnB vocal samples and thumping 808s you can take without becoming a little bit too emotional, neatly linking the sonic dots with $H’s previous ‘Silence The Whisperers’ EP for DeeOh7 and opening things up for the producer to delve deeper over the next four tracks.

From here, the pace quickens: the orchestral drama of ‘The Manor’ creepily upping the tension and moving the energy in preparation for almost-title-track ‘Feltham Court’ to seize centre stage with a gunshot peppered two-step tear out.

Respite comes in ‘Bargain Lane’, calming the mood with a sombre, dreamy soundscape driven ever deeper by a burrowing bassline, before final track ‘The Common’ steps the pace back up to shut things down in breathless style.
