A trademark $H synth-driven banger complete with haunting cut up vocals serves as the perfect backdrop for Slowie to pick up where he left off on December’s Durkle Disco single ‘Trust Nobody’ – switching effortlessly between heartfelt introspection & sharp punchlines, often in the space of the same bar. Since launching their Dee Oh 7 imprint in October 2020, the Bristolian MC/producer combo have been dropping their brand of darkly soulful yet hard-hitting grime at a relentless pace, whether in tandem or on solo projects.
